Refund policy
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order and will happily provide a return shipping label.
Once returned items arrive at our facility and are confirmed to be unopened and unused, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund total.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Opened treats and other consumable products are not eligible for return or refund

If you or your cat aren’t completely happy with an eligible product within 30 days of delivery (even after giving it a try) we’ll help make it right with a replacement or refund.
